Sorry to have missed yesterday but I was a little preoccupied with my recital and my mother :-). Anyway, no words of wisdom from me today, tomorrow! I promise! ;-)

Because of the Weeds

Matthew 13:28 "The servants asked him, 'Do you want us to go and pull the weeds up?' 'No,' he answered, 'because while you are pulling the weeds, you may root up the wheat with them.'" (NIV)

The wheat represents Christians, the desired crop grown by God. The weeds represent those who are spiritually lost. Sometimes we wonder why God allows evil in the world. While the answer to this question doesn?t come easily, we do know that we need to grow strong roots of patience, endurance and understanding.

Father, help me to grow stronger because of the weeds.
