Quick Fixes

Do you ever feel like running away when you have a problem? Or just simply ignoring it in the hopes that it will go away? Personally, I lean towards the "ignoring" side of the spectrum...taking every opportunity to keep myself busy to prevent my mind from dealing with the problem. I realize that that, like many other things that we do, is simply a bandaid for the problem, rather than a solution, but it's so much nicer to "take the easy way out."

In the long run that's not healthy for us, spiritually or otherwise. This devotional continues along the idea of being "still before God." Enjoy!

Question of the Day
