This is probably the most I'll ever read of Calvin's work (can you blame me??) but the author of today's devotional makes a good point. At some point or another, we will be placed into a leadership role so it's good to equip ourselves in the best way that we can. If we can put our trust in God, he will surely "direct our paths" (proverbs 3:6)
