It's tough to do something without knowing why and we all know that, even when we're kids. We all know about the classic "because I said so," (I've even used it myself, on occasion) but that's exactly what God demands of us at times. We have to remember that he knows what's best for us better than we ourselves know, so we need to trust him when he's speaking to us. It's not easy, but as David (the author of this series of devotionals) points out, if God really is telling us something, it will be very clear. If you're not sure of what God is telling you, keep praying about it, and he will make it clear, so keep your ears open.
