Drowning

"Save me, O God, for the waters have
come up to my neck. I sink in the miry depths,
where there is no foothold. I have come into the
deep waters; the floods engulf me. I am worn out
calling for help; my throat is parched. My eyes
fail, looking for my God."
Psalm 69:1-3 (NIV)

Maybe I'm just too preoccupied with school these days, but when I came across this verse the other day, I immediately thought about school, and how it seems like you reach a certain point in the semester where you're just drowning in work. For those of you still in school, I'm thinking it's getting to be about that time. Remember that God is with you to help you through anything-- not just "major" crisises. While people can let you down, remember the God will "never fail you nor forsake you" (joshua 1:5).

hang in there. crunch time will be over sooner than you think!
