Today (or yesterday for those already sleeping) was such a beautiful day that I couldn't help but think about the way that God put everything together so perfectly for us. If the sun were any closer, the earth wouldn't be able to support life. I thought about how all of the little creatures we see running around have their own little niche that they fill. I thought about the way that God has blessed me with the opportunity to be here at Columbia, and the way that he provided the fellowship that I needed at the right time.
I know that I don't normally take the time to stop and think about these things, let alone to thank God for his creation, but today I had a great opportunity to just sit (in the sun, no less) and not worry about the world around me. It was a chance to just be still before God and to enjoy life. I encourage all of you to take some time out to thank God for the way he's blessed you.
Have an incredible day :-)

Question of the Day
This bright, charismatic and eloquent scholar from Eygpt heralded John the Baptist's message only to be corrected in his theology by a couple in the mobile living unit manufacturing industry. Chagrined, he is helped to continue his leadership and becomes a valuable ally to Paul.
yesterday's answer: Barnabus Acts 4:36, 37, 9:27, 11:22-26
