I originally set out to find a devotional about waiting on the Lord; basically being faithful enough to God to wait for him to answer your prayers on his time. However, this one really struck me, because it really reflects my attitude towards a lot of my own problems at times. I tend to do as much as possible on my own, before being confronted with the reality that I can't do it. Only then do I look to God and others. As I think about all of this, I realize that it's kinda wierd because my first reaction to a difficulties that are external to me is prayer followed by action.
Take some time to think about your own reaction to trouble/problems......do you really allow God to get in on the front line of action?

p.s. please pray for the resolution of a problem with the space reservation for the upcoming concert.....thanx :-)
