It's almost easy to be consistent about prayer for ourselves and our own personal problems. This is especially true for me when I'm either going through a rough time or a really great time. However, there's more to a prayer life than me and God....in fact, that's a rather selfish way of thinking about it. Intercessory prayer should be a regular part of our prayer life. What better way to support a friend than to lift them up before God? Take some time out today to pray for at least one person you haven't prayed for in a while.
